Absolutely splendid evening at Prime 111, and it must be said, Dave was the star of the show. From the moment we were seated, his attentiveness, charm, and sheer professionalism elevated the entire experience. The man’s knowledge of the menu was impeccable, offering spot-on recommendations with the confidence of someone who truly knows his craft. Every course was timed perfectly, our glasses were never empty, and not once did we feel rushed or overlooked, a rare treat these days. Dave carried himself with the kind of grace and wit you’d expect in a fine establishment, with that warm American hospitality that makes you feel genuinely welcome. He struck the perfect balance between being attentive and giving us our space, a true gentleman. In short, if you find yourself at Prime 111, do yourself a favour and ask for Dave. Five-star service, through and through.
Really enjoyed our visit to prime one eleven! My husband and I didn’t want anything too heavy and decided to go with the wedge salad and the lobster bowl! The lobster bowl is like a corn chowder almost but is absolutely delicious and creamy! I was obsessed with the fried onions on my wedge salad and asked for chicken on the side. It came with two breasts and it was definitely filling, I thankfully had more than enough to take home for lunch the next day! The waitress that we had was absolutely fantastic and very attentive to us. Everything that came out of the kitchen looked to die for. We’ll definitely be back! They also have outdoor seating as well as a huge bar to sit at!
Outstanding! Both the ny strip and the filet were seasoned and seared just right. Drinks were mixed good and apps tasted very crispy and fresh. Service was also very pleasant and we never felt rushed. I highly recommend dining here
Excellent time. Great happy hour. The food was good, chicken sandwich wasn't great. The waiter and drinks were excellent, and the atmosphere was a very good vibe that night. I would have done 3 stars for food but it has been good in past visits
My wife and I went to this place for the first time for our anniversary. Christian was friendly & attentive. Took good care of us The food is super delicious, great service, and the atmosphere is excellent. A little bit pricey but it's totally worth it.
This place is about to become my go-to. It is by-far the best most consistent restaurant that I've experienced in CT. The food is phenomenal. The flavor and seasoning were on point. I accidentally ordered the Nawlins Shrimp, and I'm thankful for that mistake! The chef/cook knows what he/she is doing, and they know how to tickle the taste buds! I will always order the Onion Ring Tower. The crunch on those onion rings gave me a Primo Sonic Drive-in but far better and flavorful. We had the New York Strip with Sweet Potato Fries, Cod with linguine, Asparagus, Vegetables, Guac and chips. The sweet potatoe fries were good, but the asparagus paired better with the steak. This meal was throw your glasses worthy. If you have room, the molten lava chocolate cake and warm butter cake strawberry shortcake will end the night on an even better note. This place is a 12 out of 10!
Got buffalo, Parm garlic and their habanero ghost pepper wings. Also had the steak tips lunch special. The food was fantastic and the service was as well.
I've been coming here since they first opened and love it. Atmosphere is great the food and drinks are always amazing. A bunch of us guys do a steak night every few months and just came this past Tuesday after the snow storm and had a great time. Steaks were perfect and server was great too. I look forward to coming every time!
The food is the star here. We started with the nachos - we added chicken and guacamole - and they were fantastic. My husband got the salmon with honey Dijon (very good) and I got the barrel cut filet mignon Oscar style (one of the best steaks I’ve ever had). We also got the Big E baked potato and creamed spinach, both phenomenal. The waitress was pretty cold and the rustic dining room was wide open and very noisy.
Very nice place for lunch or dinner. The food is excellent and everything tastes fresh and well prepared. The atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy a meal with family or friends. The service is also friendly and attentive. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a good meal and a pleasant dining experience.
